WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a an increase in specific statistics. Each upgrade boosts the level of the item by +3. A random substat is also added to every upgrade.

Valorstones

Upgrades are useful items that can be used to upgrade weapons and tools, armor and accessories. They are purchased by players through Best item upgrader upgrader NPCs in exchange for a variety of currencies, and can be found in random treasure lists.
